1000AM and you were on-site at 1120AM. Fantastic support by all.The lady
answering the phone was quick to help, Brian was awesome and quickly
dispatched a truck. Lee was the technician and was very knowledgeable and
put our scale back in service very quickly. A++ help all.

comments = The tech Eugene really helped us out when the indicator on our
truck scale stopped functioning. BSCI had him out to us on the same day we
reported the problem and he helped us get set up with the exact indicator
that we needed as the best price possible. Then they independently scheduled
an appointment and came back out to replace the loaner (which was provided
for free) with the new unit. Not a single complaint with the company and
especially not with Eugene.

cement. This turned out to be a good thing. We set up are account with Wyatt
and told Wyatt that once we set up the plant and got power we would contact
them. A good 30 days later we had power. The scale check was set up. This
was our first scale check with this plant. When Sammy and Chad
showed up we found out we were not as ready as we thought. But this did not
stop Sammy or Chad. With professionalism and safety they took on what ever
was thrown there way and the scale check was completed. We are
greatly Thankful for Sammy and Chad and all at Bastrop Scale Co.

production scales (2000#) on a quarterly basis, as well as hoist support
structures certification/rating.
Service

whomever you have answering emergency phone calls. We bought a new machine
for our production line and when switching the scale to the new machine, it
ceased to acknowledge the scale. I figured there was a missing step
somewhere, and the gentleman I spoke with provided me excellent information
over the phone to resolve the issue.
Greatly appreciated! Please pick up a beer, or a glass of milk for him, on
